Nancy Lee / Co-Founder

Ms. Nancy is the Co-founder and Director of The Loving Miracle Learning Academy LLC. She has several years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. She is committed to expanding her knowledge in this field and is dedicated to providing the best possible care for the children under her care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to different countries and going on road trips. She also likes listening to music and watching movies. She believes that exposing children to diverse cultures early can foster independence, self-esteem, and resilience.

Telia Russell / Co-Founder

Ms. Telia is the Founder, CEO, and Director of Royalteez Drop and Go Childcare LLC, located in Clayton, NC. She is also the Co-Founder of The Loving Miracle Learning Academy LLC. In her free time, Ms. Telia loves to travel, spend time with her family, and relax. With over 25 years of experience in the field, Ms. Telia takes pride in her work and believes that children need positive role models and inspirational advocates. She has dedicated her life to being that example.

Tamika Lassiter / Preschool Teacher

Meet Tamika Lassiter, she has had over 4 years experience working in licensed childcare facilities in Maryland and South Carolina. After taking time away to pursue other career options, she has made her way back to her first love, childcare. She enjoys helping children learn lifetime skills by repetition and song. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and discovering new places to have fun.

Niaijah honeycutt / Toddler Teacher

Meet Ms. Niaijah Honeycutt also known as Aijah, has been working in childcare for almost 10 years and loves being a positive role model for children. She specializes in 2 years and preschool kids and helping them learn through play and music to help kids engage in curriculum while also retaining the information learned. On her free time she loves to paint and listen to music.

Sumaya Blalock / Infant Teacher

Meet Sumaya Blalock, a loving mother of 6, with a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, working on Associate in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy cooking and learning new things. I have worked with children for over 10 years. On the weekends, I help out with our families Lawn care business.
